181 Sunrise Lane was built in 2002.  It was designed to allow for minimal maintenance and maximum views.  

The layout includes two floors, with both an upper and lower driveway.  The upper drive includes a large portico and turn-around area.

Although not officially handicap accessible, the design allows for easy access  throughout.  For example, all doors in the home (including bathrooms) have 3 ft wide doors!  

The upper floor includes a Master Bedroom, Master Bath & Office in the private Master Suite.  

The private Guest Suite includes a Guest Bedroom, Full Bath and Laundry.

A spacious Family Room, Dining Room and fully equipped Kitchen are located between the two private suites.
